Anonymous vs. not-Anonymous
Different companies want different things when it comes to anonymity in their suggestion program. Some businesses want a totally anonymous suggestion box and some want the opposite. We have 3 different options for anonymity:
- The submitter cannot be anonymous
- The submitter is totally anonymous, every time
- The submitter is given the choice when submitting (most popular)
